The Brick Layer

A leader is a brick layer, he is the one who builds the foundation for all things to be built on. Whether your a teacher, parent, student, pastor or CEO. But what are the qualities that are necessary to be a leader?

1. Called. A true leader is called to be exactly that, they done just trip and fall into leadership.

2. Convicted. what his purpose is in life.

3. Authentic Character. A true leader is someone with transparent character, what you see is what you get, no fakes.

4. Broken. A true leader is a broken vessel, who has been pieced back together by the Almighty Creator, Christ.

5. Visionary.A true leader is someone who has dreams, even if some think they are crazy, they have vision to see the process and the end result.

6. Influence. A true leader has influence on everything around him, if not influencing, than who or what is he leading?

7. Faithful. A true leader is faithful in all he does. No matter if its to God, family, calling, he is faithful to that which is set before him.

8. God seeking and fearing. A true leader strives to have a closer more genuine intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.

9. Servant minded. A true leader realizes that he is a servant of his Lord and Savior.

10.Passion.A true leader has an ever growing passion for what it is he has been called by God to do.

11. Available. A true leader is one who is not only available to be used by good, but is also available to those he is leading.

12. Legacy. A true leader starts early with living a life with all of the above qualities of a leader. So that those who he lived his life around seen him live them all in his everyday life for future generations after to follow.
